Bullying is a problem, not just in our school, but everywhere.  About 70% of the kids at our school have been bullied, and this calls for drastic measures.  We as a whole need to Stand up and Speak Out to make a differences.
As a group, we believe that everybody wants to feel safe at school. Nobody enjoys getting harassed, humiliated, teased, or picked on. There are no guarantees that bullying is going to be completely stopped, but we want to do our part to try and help prevent it as much as possible. So let's take a look into what bullying actually is, how it can affect people, and how we can try to make sure that it doesn't happen here.

"Wouldn't it be perfect if a child could just come to school and think about learning because they don't have to worry about anything else?" - Richard E. Jetter, Assistant Principal at Franklin Middle School in Buffalo, NY
